Shipping for Online orders:
Shipping is free for items over $100.00 and shipped within continental United States. Items shipped to Alaska or Hawaii will incur 2nd Day Air UPS fees. We do NOT ship out of the country.
Return Policy for Online Orders:
We're sorry, there is a no refund/no return policy on items from our website. All items will be triple checked for accuracy and errors. We look over the gown and check for any flaws, we will not ship a dress with flaws. If however there is an error with a dress,(such as wrong size, wrong color or wrong style) we offer an exchange within 3 days of the delivery of your order.
All of our dresses go through quality control before being shipped out to you. All beaded/sequined garments are hand sewn, therefor bead patterns may be inconsistent. We are not responsible for minor shifts in beadwork that may take place in shipping or trying on. This is NOT considered damaged. Please be advised that beadwork/sequins can only be attached in many instances with only one thread making the dress very susceptible to bead loss during shipping and normal wear.
Return requirements for wrong item:
- Please email a request for return within 3 days of delivery, but not after your wear date. firstname.lastname@example.org
- A shipping label will be sent to you'd via email and must be shipped back to us within 3 days of receiving the label.
- Dress must be in the same condition as received with ALL original tags and bags attached/covering dress.
- Dress must not have been worn, no stains, no deodorant or no perfume.
- Items shipped back not within time frame, or damaged, or tags/bag missing will be refused or shipped back to you. Then no online store credit will be issued.
- If we are able to send you an identical replacement then no further charges will be made. We will let you know when to expect delivery of replacement item.
- If item is not available to replace your original item, then you will be issued an online store credit to be used within 1 year.

- Only wrong style number, wrong size, or wrong color are valid reasons to return.
- The size you entered on your purchase is the correct size. If you ordered the wrong size you are responsible for the size chosen. If we sent the wrong size, it is our error.
- Only items that we sent incorrectly are able to be returned for Online store credit.
